Julian Galea is an award-winning film director and founder of boutique studio Galea Pictures based in Sydney, Australia.

Following a series of shorts and music videos, Julian made his feature film debut in 2017 with the indie romance LOVE TO PARADISE set in his motherland of Malta. The film was awarded Best Film at its Malta International Film Festival world premiere, released theatrically in Australia and Malta and streaming now on Amazon Prime

2019 saw his new film MADE IN MALTA released theatrically in Malta, have sell-out Australian screenings and rank 2nd on the iTunes charts within 24 hours of its release - topping Hollywood Blockbusters Aladdin, John Wick 3 and X-Men: Dark Phoenix.

Julian also directs a variety of narrative-driven content, consistently pushing the creative envelope to explore each unique story and produce fresh, engaging and impactful cinematic stories across all modern media platforms and formats.
